I flew Delta One A350 from NRT ATL. Why doesn’t the middle seats have air vents and overhead baggage bins? I was shocked to see flight attendants in the first class cabin trying to find space for first class customers. This did not go over we for the folks who couldn’t find space.

Because the people who make those decisions are office weenies who never step foot in an airplane. God forbid you solicit input from your line employees.

I bet some of those office folk are actually pretty tough and probably could beat us both up.

That sure didn’t help that cabin design though.

The thought was to make the cabin seem roomier and more like the cabins of old before overhead bins. I think lack of air vents was shortsighted though. If you were on a paid ticket, submitting feedback could actually make a difference as they do seem to listen to customer feedback, especially from the premium cabin.

I am very leery of submitting feedback when on a company paid for ticket. I am afraid of being "too honest" with my feedback to the point of my company terminating me.

But having Delta One customers fight over bin space ... STUUUUUPID.

Come on Delta, you're better than that! That's why we want to fly on your aircraft.

Top men report that while the first few A350s are coming as is, the remaining ones will either be converted to 330s, stay as is, or upgraded to the 350-1000. Tippy-top men were supposed to finalize their decision 2 weeks ago but have yet to do so.....

So they will either come, or not come?

Also, I thought some of those were already supposed to be 350-1000s. If we want a 350 that can do 777LR routes that's the one we need.

Even a brute who looks like Arnold can be an office weenie when they make bad decisions based on zero line experience.
