If you ever get a chance when they pull a panel during maintenance on the airbus take a look inside the console. Most home builds have a better standard of wiring.

Easy fix to this is to pass the drink over the outboard shoulder... Policy in place for years at many other airlines.

A miata has a center console? I thought you just wore kneepads so you don't bang knees with the passenger when you pedal. Be careful down shifting.
