Gumm's position is VP - Fleet & Operations Support, not sure his job was touched?

Was that on an Endeavor memo?

Actually, it was in a flightops update here a while back, they test operations software at Endeavor sometimes before making changes at mainline.

If that’s accurate we’re all doomed

It sure would have been nice if they had designed this gumm removal software sooner.

Well, yeah it didn't go well. IIRC it was to better optimize crews with respect to FAR117.

I don't understand why anyone would want to fly as the captain, when in his case, it isn't going to make him more money.

Hold up. Your Endeavor FOU not only said you guys were testing software that would replace gumm, but it also said he would no longer be flying as an honorary (with mandatory oversight) captain? They sure give you guys a lot of info.

Bit confused...so did Graham and Laughter do a flip-flop in jobs? If so, what happens to gumm? I thought gumm was under Graham, so that now makes him under Laughter I assume? Add to that Laughter has never flown the line at Delta, but is going to lead the operations...I'm really confused about this one. Oh well, just a cog in the machinery. Hopefully we get some more news.

There's a lot of funky things going on between this and massive changeover of fleet captains and CLCPs.

Doth Dunn and Unger were under Oveur, even though Unger was under Dunn.
