Closing schools, waiving driver's license expiration dates, closing city/state parks, prioritizing COVID tests for first responders, extending tax filing deadlines, prosecuting price gougers, temporarily adjusting garbage pickup schedules, waiving pet adoption fees at county shelters etc...sounds like villainous authoritarian stuff.
Asking citizens to call in and snitch on those not keeping social distancing?
Police telling people their rights are suspended.

How about locking down beaches in 95-100F weather in socal where the virus can't last but a few seconds?

It might be dumb, poorly thought policy, but how does asking residents to call and report willful violations of (I presume)a legal executive or health order differ from people calling a dept of consumer affairs or health department , housing department etc to report stuff?
It might be poor policing, but police are allowed to lie to or deceive you. Just because a police officer says something general like your rights are suspended, doesn't mean that's absolute truth.
The policies might be dumb, poorly thought out, poorly implemented etc, but that's a far cry from "It's illegal, all of it"

It might be dumb, poorly thought policy, but if the beach is owned by the state/city/county, aren't they legally allowed to open/close it as they see the need? I saw photos of crowded SoCal beaches from this past weekend. Why were those open and others not? (Genuinely asking)

Casinos in Las Vegas are preparing to open May 15th; Cirque shows to begin in July. This assumes the governor of Nevada doesn't delay openings. A Disney World/Disney Land announcement would be another great sign.
