Oh. So we’re both working with our own interpretation of publicly available data? So we could possibly both be wrong? Or not have any authority to say the other is wrong? Weird. I didn’t get that from your response.
Or are you saying you do have all the data and you’re not one of the “silly pilots?”
Forgive me, I’m a silly pilot so I’m probably not capable of properly interpreting your response considering your superior intellect and superior data access.
But if you’re in IT I think me and 14,600 people have a bone to pick with you...

Then why not cancel all flights?

GH would have to explain in detail, but at a high level there is an absolute minimum service level we would like to maintain in each market and the CARES Act is also preventing some cancelations as well.

🤷‍♂️ I do have a bad habit of assuming people on APC are P’s. If you’re bringing good news and reliable info then I will be grateful. I think i even said I’d return to my corner and since the gin is wearing off I think I will.

Back more on topic, a pile of flights have been created in June and dropped into open time on the 320 in a number of bases, plus 7ER in ATL.

ATL 73N, too. Very cherry 2 days, with several 3 days (all PBI layovers). I estimate about 45 total trips.

Yet you are perfectly happy letting your HVC's walk out to book trips on other carriers right now. Makes sense. You know, data.

We are so f'd.

The reservation issues being discussed are few and far between. Vast majority of our paying passengers are experiencing no issues and very thankful for the efforts we're taking to help them make changes.

We are not going to add flights back to a market because one flight on one day of the month hit the social distancing capacity constraint (which is the case in this particular PHX example, but true for many of the other complaints being shared on this forum).
I'm going to assume you are management. Great. I forwarded a cut and paste of your comment to my wife. She will then forward it to Delta as a DM.

Don't be ignorant. It is not just one flight to-from PHX, it's happening all over our system. The HVC's are walking to other carriers. You need to fix your cranial-rectal-inversion and get a pulse of what the heck is going on out there. We are losing business. You f' this up and there are going to be a lot of souls on the street.

Stop and listen to what's being said rather than looking down your nose at it. Good leaders, above all, are GREAT listeners.
