Right on! Add a second wing, a few more years, another 155hp and that would have been me. Yours is much harder to land though!

Some of us did that in a turboprop... ewww, without an APU or a lav or a flight attendant. Ahhh, if only I could be young and dumb again. Those were the good ole days.

OK, I'm jealous. The open cockpit biplane is on the list but with winter being 90% of the year here it's really impractical, but hope to be very impracticable someday.

I'm not sure. You can use this post and give it a try for the "Edit Ignore List" hyperlink below.
From the APC FAQ page:"Can I block posts, emails and messages from specific users?
If there are particular members that bother you and you do not want to see their posts or receive Private Messages and Emails from them, then you can add these members to your 'Ignore List'. There are several ways to do this:
Through your User Control Panel: User CP, Settings & Options, Edit Ignore List. Then, type their name into the empty text box and click 'Okay'."

i am not sure I’m right about this but I don’t think training would be expensive in this environment.
In normal times yes but right now you’re paying the pilot and they produce no revenue right now. whether at home making 72 hours or in the sim making 72 the cost is the same.
Probably already paying for the hotel rooms. The November AE folks are probably almost all trained so instructors will not be busy beyond CQ and they’re a fixed cost. Simulators are probably not that expensive to go from motion off to motion on.
But i want it to be expensive and prohibitive and I hope I’m dead wrong.
Now if there is a recovery and people bid back... that’ll be expensive
