It passed by 46 votes out of 9481. Great turnout and a razor thin margin.

Timely release of the 20-04 AIP bullets. Without that, no way 20-03 would have passed.

Yeah but only 47 votes or 93 divided by 2 would have swung it the other way. The releasing of 20-04 bullet points definitely pushed this one over the line!

The margin above a simple majority was my point. I'm not arguing the results, they are in an update on the DALPA site for all to see.
