The vaccine is experimental so I'll remain in the control group. I disagree that the vaccine is lower risk. If it is, explain the corporate indemnifications.
My side effects from the vaccine were far more minor that those 🤷🏻‍♂️

You're good. Shot scheduled for today. Contacted Pilot Assist yesterday hours after the MOU was out. NFLY on my schedule. Pay protected and does not coins against my Sick.

They're talking about the stupid vaccination/autism thing, but the concept still applies. NSFW.

That's just the lawyers earning their billables (or not if you are a plaintiff's attorney). Pretty sure the corporate world is not indemnified from willful conduct or gross negligence. However, if there are issues not known or reasonably known to the manufacturer(s), plaintiffs' attorneys can't cite to the fact that Pfizer, Moderna and JnJ did not follow standard testing protocols and testing as would be consistent with non-pandemic pharmaceuticals.

On the "positive" side, Fauci is proudly displaying that he wears two masks even though he has already been fully vaccinated. Masks aren't necessary, masks are necessary, two masks are necessary.....gotta have 6' for proper social distancing....well....unless you need to open a school, then 3' is okay. Following his science makes me appreciate how a dog feels looking at a moving hubcap.

Correct....whatever fills the narrative. Just a measure, go ahead and and try to book a flight/hotel/car option to anywhere Florida right now...slim pickings. It’s getting busy out there, I’m glad. Hopefully DL has this training issue under control and we can all be where we want to be.

Youre getting 3 days of pay instead of one for doing the same thing. Am I missing something? They’re trying to encourage us to use off days if possible to prevent lost work days available but if you get your shot over work days, they pay you 3 days of pay, no harm, no foul.

Does anyone read in this MOU that we’re obligated in any way to try and schedule the vaccine during an off day? I just had my first, and I’d rather schedule the second over my next reserve days rather than an off day for the extra pay.
