Hot air? That must have been nice. Try shooting a .50 cal out of the side of a b17 at -10f delivering freedom to europe. Thats how i spent my first 1000 hours.

This is the logical conclusion. Look closely at the actors and see if you can recognize them. The quality is not up to today's standards but this was from 1967. I guess the theme of 'You have it good today" has been around forever.
