While I really think the “average” will have a great career, it comes down to the individual pilot and actual seniority. You can have some “mid 20 age folks” and some “mid-late 40’s people” and bidding/QOL aspects really twirl…. A younger may bid CA ASAP, and an older person may go for QOL. The next few bids will be interesting. You have folks who have had seat locks, that are now released for WB-B, and others who just want to upgrade, with seniority, and still newer folks who want to move left (but will be junior and stay there).
