I interviewed last Friday and the director for hiring said that they want to get back to a weekly 50-60 person indoc class but it was from someone else above him that is in charge and told them to do the 2 larger classes per month for now. He said he expects it to potentially continue into July but they want to go back to the normal weekly classes. I don’t recall the reason behind the larger classes.

With all the growth coming, what are current thoughts on the seniority progression? I have a choice between Delta or United, but can’t start either one until early next year because of military duty. I’m 28 so I have time, but I hear how Delta has already hired half the seniority list, but with so much growth coming will it still be as big of a deal?
