4 hour nap, wake up feeling like ugh, espresso, work out a bit, but the ground running. When you’re dog ass tired that night, resist it and stay up for 2 more hours…..

Also, you’ll notice the weight of a lot of the people that fly INTL a lot. Just because you get a dinner and breakfast at 9pm/ 3am body clock time, doesn’t mean you have to eat it!

What’s keeping you from brushing teeth on an airplane? Matter of fact I can’t even imagine not brushing my teeth before returning to the flight deck from the bunk.
