Anyone care to share their AON test complete to thumbs up / thumbs down email timeline? 5-7 days (ish) is scattered throughout this thread, but I'm wondering if anyone has any info from 2022.

Hi guys. Who/what is the preferred interview prep company? The email invite says HR panel, personality test, and talk to psych. Can someone confirm there are no technical questions in the HR portion? Its all TMAAT and WWYD?

There is no “preferred prep company.” Many use Emerald Coast, Spitfire Elite, or Raven, while some use none at all. There are no technical questions in the interview.

You want interview prep? Think of 5 different stories from your career that show you're a safe and professional pilot. Think of a story where you've failed and what you learned from it and how you came out a smarter, safer, and more professional pilot. Don't blame anybody but yourself for blemishes on your application, own up to them and talk about lessons learned. There you go.
