4000h TT, 1300h 121 TPIC, check airman, aviation science Bachelor's with a 4.0 GPA, no failures, no skeletons, early 30's, 5 internal recs (including an A350 LCA).

Crickets

I have 3000TT, 2 M.A. degrees, one of them in Pure Mathematics 3.3 GPA on that, 3.7 on the other Masters and 3.8 undergrad GPA, an internal Rec from A350 CA, Volunteer of the Year for a fortune 100 company, haven't heard anything yet in about a year since I submitted app. So if you have any ideas, let me know.

WAI, NGPA, TPNx, etc, are avenues to explore if you have not done so.

Going to the Meet and Greet on the 2nd, so hopefully hear something more after that.

So got a question about Endeavor, metering in DCI Carriers, and the Delta hiring process.

I took the Delta Online Assessment 2 months ago, got told TBNT, and try again in 6 months. I have a CJO from Endeavor with a training start date in June. If I go to Endeavor will the Delta hiring board not allow me to take the Online Assessment and/or deny me an interview bc I'm in a DCI Carrier?

You can still be hired off the street if you're at a flow carrier so I wouldn't think it would change much for you. I'm sure someone with more direct knowledge will chime in.

Endeavor ots cjos are being told 8-12 months for a class date. One I know of got the cjo earlier this year and is being good Jan 2023 for a class date. But yes I would imagine you could try again in 6 months but if you're a dci pilot and your get the cjo good luck getting the earliest class date.

For the 8-12 months do you mean a class date for Endeavor or Delta? I have a class date with Endeavor in June. I already had an ATP, so I think that's why I did not have to wait as long.

I'm talking if you're a 9E pilot and get a cjo at delta off the street you have to wait almost a year after your delta cjo for a delta class date.

If I were to get a CJO from another airline like American or JetBlue, would that change the one year wait as a 9E pilot?

I think that was working the the AA wholly owned’s. Many were sending over their cjo’s and getting an interview and class date. Weird times.

Maybe, maybe not. All statements like this are complete guesses. I’d still put effort into prep for the cog games.

May 13 interview date. Anyone start a chat group yet that I could join?

NiceMarmot 04-27-2022 02:33 PM

Just wondering if anyone has any words of wisdom for the online assessment? Got my second TBNT. I felt I did pretty well on the test overall, especially the cog portion so I think it all comes down to the personality assessment portion. I passed the Hogan for UA but DL is the dream gig. Waiting another 6 months really sucks.
