I had a fix it request as well in early August and radio silence ever since. I have a buddy who just finished Indoc and asked on my behalf and he was told to be patient as they are trying to catch back up on another surge of hiring. Not sure what my odds are though, 4 year degree, a mix of 121 and 135 but no TPIC.

Does anybody know what airframe is getting first available upgrade?
Also, does anybody know what the seniority of the most junior SLC Captains are? I know they have 737, 220, 320
As a new hire my goal would be to bid same airframe that I’d take first available upgrade in (prob 73 from what I’ve heard). Then just wait out till I can transfer to SLC.

I was 8/26 CJO. Expecting class date in January

Currently, first available is the NYC737 in under a year. SLC caps on all 3 are in the early 10000s. 14500 and counting now. Things are changing. Get on for a wild ride and welcome to Delta

False.

Low 10K is a summer 2017 hire.

SLC 73A just went to a Oct 2021 hire.

SLC 320A went to Jan 2020 hire.

How long is cisive taking for y’all recently? I’ve seen conflicting replies on if you get an email when your background clears and you are just in limbo for a class date.

CJO sep 22. Finished cisive stuff a few days later. Seems like a long wait

Is the COVID vaccine still a requirement for new hires?

I finished all my stuff and my background check was submitted to Delta Sept 6. Still haven’t heard anything. I’m an Aug 9 interview.

I have heard they're approving waivers (religious??) for covid-19 vax, but not sure if that is still a thing or how long the process takes.

I have heard that the process is EZ and does NOT involve misrepresenting religious beliefs (aka lie). Exemption is based on religious OR ETHICAL reasons - the latter is often left out in common parlance
