Thank you!

Hope this doesn't come off as tacky at all but I am coming from the 91/135 world where we would commute via the airlines and were able to keep all of our airline points and I almost exclusively flew delta and was able to get to diamond medallion status with them last year. My interview is scheduled for next month and I'm just wondering how/trying to figure out if I would somehow be able to work that fact into the interview at all, wondering if anyone would have any suggestions. My initial thoughts would be to work that in during the 'why delta' question where I could explain how much I enjoy flying with them as a passenger and then go from there? Or just leave it out entirely

Anyone else have any suggestions? TIA

If it comes up naturally, that’s fine as you described, but… I think I’d leave out the “Diamond Medallion” part. They won’t care, and it might come across different than you intend.

Best of luck.

Perfect experienced-based answer to a "Why Delta" or "What makes Delta special?" type of question. Keep it straightforward, and give an example or two. I wouldn't necessarily parade your "status", but maybe try to come up with a few specific experiences you had that really did make Delta special to you.

For me, it was the almost overwhelming support I received from the flight attendants while flying home late from Europe with my screaming 2 year old that just would...not...sleep. They were bending over backwards to help us with the kid (snacks, blankets, jokes, attention, anything.) It was a memorable experience for me during a stressful time. Think of something impactful.

They made it very clear to my interview group that they don't like rehearsed speeches. So if it comes out naturally, sure, but don't force it. I went in with a smile oozing 'just happy to be here' and 'thank you for inviting me'.

Is this the most recommended prep for the AON? Or have people usually found RST to be better? Want to do everything I can to prepare!

Use that link. I had never heard of RST until after my interview was over. Subjects to cover are a few pages back. Practice on at least medium. Good luck!
