For people hired in the past month or two, what has been the typical timeline to get the "pre screen clear" and get an indoc date? I interviewed the first week of April and filled out the Cisive paperwork last week. I'm only at a week and a half so far, which I feel like isn't that long, but I have a WhatsApp chat with 9 other people from my interview group and they all pre-cleared within 24-72 hours of filling out the paperwork. I have called Cisive several times and they refuse to give me any information other than my background check is in progress.

Mine came back really quick after I did the verifications they asked for.

Those who finished indoc, how long has the break been recently? It says min 7 days off, has that been it or is it a matter of them scheduling sims so could be longer?

Something that I learned on Tuesday that I wanted to pass along. As I was waiting to complete some pre-employment tasks, I was chatting with an HR person who said they'll be going from interviews three days a week to interviews five days a week. Thought someone here might find that interesting.

For my class, it seemed to be a spread of iterations of 7 days off. If I were to venture a guess, perhaps 1/4 of the class got 7 days, another 1/4 (maybe more) got 14 days, etc. It just depends on sim/instructor availability and fleet type at the time. Hard to predict, though some fleets are more backlogged than others.

OE falls in the same bucket. You might have a short interval for training, then longer wait for OE. Hard to predict precisely.

What is the current wait time between cjo and indoc?

Would someone with 1700ish hours total, 800 121 SIC have a chance with delta now?

Military fixed wing? Sure. Civilian/Mil rotor? I’d say another 300 hrs to have a chance.

My opinion: chances, low but never zero.

Fact: i also know nothing else about your background, education, philanthropic work, GPA, # of internal recs, civilian vs mil, etc...
