Around 6-7 weeks lately.

I almost 4 weeks from CJO and we haven’t heard anything about indoc dates yet. I think they are starting to get a little bit more behind. Good buddy of mine was two weeks earlier and had an indoc date scheduled w/in 17 days of CJO.

exciting time to start, we are waay behind on hiring and hopefully that should mean lots of movement for those hired now/in the near future.

Normal people would say that’s terrible and not good for the company. Here I am excited about what that means for the future.

conpany needs to hire and the movement is good for us. They are behind but will figure it out. The details of a vacancy were released today with 1,400 open positions that will need be filled. Good news for all.

Once they offer you a class date are you given multiple options or how far out from that notice is the class?

It's not really an offer. You will be called and told when your class start date is. When I was hired in 2015, I asked the hiring director a similar question and was told, in so many words, you can turn down a class once, and it better be for a very good reason. When they call you a second time and offer a new class date, you better say yes as there won't be a third phone call.
