And, some flight office monkey can’t take a guys pay over the hat. There’s a disciplinary process with alpa in place for losing pay. Some suit’s whim doesn’t cut it. Your story is bunk.

Bingo. You’re not even in uniform at that point. That’s how I and many others have interpreted the verbiage in the FOM.

Imagine the issues the CPO and RD actually spend their time dealing with on a daily basis, then consider how realistic this story sounds.
