We can provide all the inputs we want, but Delta’s survey of customers are the only opinions they will heed.

It is interesting with all the screaming about liberties ect.. no one questions the grooming standards. We will lose on vaccines in court but I suspect win on grooming standards. Delta maintains two different grooming standards for public contact employees. I doubt the courts would approve.

Lol. That is so woke…. The squad would be proud. Let’s go Brandon!

YEAH! The women don't deserve uniforms that fit! If they wanted to feel included, they should stay in the kitchen where they belong, AM I RIGHT?!

Is that what an inclusive uniform is? Found the questions a little confusing

If they are trying to accommodate pregnant women, why are they surveying male pilots?

It’s a uniform. We are supposed to look, well—uniform. I really don’t care one way or the other about it. The jacket has grown on me, I’ll hate the hat forever. As far as women go—female cops aren’t out there wearing yoga pants and a hoodie that says “police” on it. So they can wear a uniform just like guys do in that field. I can’t speak for women because today I don’t identify as one, but as a guy I get uniform pieces then I take them to this little old lady with carpel tunnel syndrome who alters them for me so that they fit right. I’d imagine that for a uniform to properly fit a woman, they’d need to do the same unless they just happen to fit right into one off the shelf.

I’d also be fine with a north face style jacket that just says delta on it in lieu of the horse blanket. Don’t see that happening though. The hat—the hat can go.

I need to get more woke I guess. I look forward to the survey about income equality because I work harder than a 350 pilot and he gets paid more than me because his plane is bigger. That makes me feel excluded, oppressed, and offended. (Woke joke).

Didn't you know men can become pregnant? I read it on healthline. Only anti science bigots believe pregnancy applies only to women.

Also for the people saying what about women having a uniform that fits, I'm pretty certain they already market men's and women's uniforms with different cuts. Unfortunately I think that's still problematic and not fully inclusive.

Maybe the most inclusive option is removing gender/sex specific fittings. Just have sizes based on measurements.

We finally have the chance to get rid of the hat or at least make it optional, but instead, we are getting caught up in the language of culture war. Who cares why Delta wants to change the uniform. When doing the survey, just try your hardest to ignore words that trigger you such as inclusivity. Everything in life is already political, and the last thing we need is for our opinions on a uniform to be categorized as red/blue.

Bring on the flight suits. That's about the most inclusive option I can think of.
Also, the hats are a symbol of racism, transphobia and a symbol of the anti-vax movement. They have to go.
