What kind of unstacking changes do they want? In holiday months they already unstack more than halfway up most categories.

It’s really funny that both these issues (PB days and unstacking) magically would disappear for the company with proper staffing of the airline…

Top Men on the 4th floor did some deep dive empirical analysis and came to the conclusion that the reserve Payback Day caused the multiple meltdowns this spring and summer. Unbelievable.

I'm not a PWA expert but doesn't every reserve GS affect the staffing formula? Seems like a self correcting problem to me. I have no interest in changing reserve greenslip.
