JB can drop to 70 but give away down to 0, and premium there is 200% but I think it’s FCFS.

AAs is pretty sweet, I’d take that over rolling thunder any day.

hopefully we can work the GS trigger down a bit more (IMO if we are gonna keep it, it should be whatever the minimum a pilot can be awarded, which right now is 65)

seeing I had bad info about vacation counting towards the trigger makes the trigger a bit less of a big deal to me. Not sure why I thought it did not count.
I'd take Spirit's annual balancing feature instead of our monthly one.

Also, there is no trigger at UPS.

Apparently, a lot of senior guys drop their lines and just hunt Premium

not sure how I feel about it, but could see why it would be beneficial.

They also have a premium list for the airport you live in. Example: you live in Orlando but aren't based there. You put your name on it list and MUST report to the airport for any trip they assign you within 3 hours.

.
The 75% number only applies prior to the first round of drops/swaps. After that, the grid can turn red.
We actually have a two tiered premium flying list, X/Y.
X list is more than 3 hours out and CAN be turned down, and you can only do this in your domicile.
Y list is less than 3 hours, you CANNOT turn it down, but it’s for any Spirit city.

PTC pilots think all the flying should start in ATL and they should get every GS.
