Really?!! Cut the c*ap out! Dude is asking for advice. If you don’t have nothing constructive to add then beat it!

To the OP:

Hey man. I was in your shoes. I chose Delta. For me it had to do with how the company has been run for years. Also the family always wanted to move back to a specific Delta hub.

United is a great airline and I have many friends there. All who seem very happy. Some of their work rules are better than ours. For example their deadhead language is way better.

Delta is a great airline as well. I enjoy my time here. There’s tons of movement and so far the people are great. If you want to fly heavy’s you can do it at Delta as well.

If you can live within an hour of a Delta/United hub then I say pick your airline based on that.

Good luck and hit me up with any questions.

Detroit would give better long term options for various equipment types than the UAL Cleveland base. If you were planning Chicago, that would be very similar.

Well, this post is a pretty compelling argument to go to United.

We have a lot of guys who live in Toledo, you can jump on i75 to i275, which basically takes you right to the DTW parking lot.

Default SkyWest Jumpseat

Hey sorry to jump off topic but I’m trying to nonrev on a Delta flight operated by SkyWest. It is over-sold so I’ll likely need to Jumpseat but I’m not sure how to do this. Do you list at the gate with a gate agent? Thank you much!

You can list at the gate or a ticket counter. If you have time use the ticket method or get to the gate 1 hour prior - once the agent starts boarding they get very busy.

Somebody please riddle me this…

I’m looking at going to LAX350B after MLOA and I’ve been perusing iCrew. I’ve noticed something for several months and it doesn’t add up in my mind.

Every month the reserve coverage is in the blue…by a lot, on most days. However, there are SYD trips in open time nearly every day, usually more than one and tons of unassigned trips in the wide report. I know the category can’t be that overmanned. What gives?

Our reserve system makes it very difficult for the company to use reserves for that trip.
