Contract Expectations

My minimum is 35% over 3 years.
DC 25%
2 years retro from Jan 2021.. I’ll even give them a pass for 2020 due to COVID
vacation and training pay 5:15
adjustments to delta medical plans to bring down costs
PS commuting
reroute needs to pay double
scope needs to be a solid win for group with upside and downside protections
crew meals aka UAL and increase in per diem to $4 hour .. intl override needs bumped as well
the time is now, and yes the company can afford it.

Im good with 15% today and 5% for the duration including every year we are in negotiations.
Full retro. Anything less is an incentive for the company to just drag out negotiations.
20% DC and need to get the new plan in place ASAP for excess contributions. How many years has it been?
IROP needs to be significantly redefined. That May actually be at the top of my list.
Reroute language significantly fixed to include any change to an originally bid trip that changes now pays double until you are back on original.
Any days worked that were off restored. Line and reserve with no regard to reserves available if it was involuntary.
Copy and paste UAL crew meal language.
Copy and paste UAL deadhead language.
Absolutely 0 give on scope. All scope including contractor use for sim training. This is a very close second.
Based on what UAL and AA have posted I have very low hope of seeing anything close to this.

Deadheading in any part of coach is miserable. When you're Joe Six-pack vacationing once a year, whatever. When you're forced to ride as a passenger 10 hours a week you need an actual good seat to not feel like you're being tortured. If that's more than Delta wants to provide than that's great motivation for them to deadhead us less. Win/Win.

Comfort+ 😆 Let's demand two packages of peanuts per deadhead while we're at it. United deadhead language or better. The idea is to pattern bargain up.

How about any reroute puts your entire rotation to 1.5X pay, and a second reroute on the same trip makes it 2.5X pay. Easy to track the pay for us and the Company gets open time covered at the same time. Language stays in place like they still must get you back within 4 hours of the original rotation, they must get you back onto your original rotation as quickly as possible like it is now, and an IROP that allows a reroute is well defined.

Edit: Not sure if they were going to give that away in their soon to be failed TA.
