I dont mind FAs on here as a rule, especially happy to have a pro union FA. But we do have a union, and we do need to stay somewhat unified here for contract stuff. I cant tell you exactly what i expect in every section but I know I expect much less than most guys minimum on here.

APC has just turned to crap since an FA started hijacking every thread and making about them.
It was pilots and the lack of help that caused the last drive to fail? Really?
Typical FA, it’s always someone else’s fault. (Usually blame pilots anyways).
Someone needs to shut up an color.

The lack of pilots encouragement and involvement wasn’t “the” cause but when the difference was 160-170 swing votes and you had pilots telling FAs they don’t need a union and pilots in uniform showing up at anti-union rallies it sure makes you wonder.
During flight attendant union drives at other airlines the pilot group is almost always very supportive of the organizing drive and so is their union. Delta is the only airline I’ve seen where that isn’t the case. It explains why even most of the other pilot unions view DALPA as an “association” rather than an actual “union”. Maybe that also explains why there’s so much friction between FAs and pilots here at Delta. If you stopped thinking that you’re better than someone else simply because your paycheck is bigger than maybe that friction might actually go away.
Oh, should I also starch your shirt?

Shut up and color huh? Wow…you guys are on a roll today. How many creamers can I put in your coffee and how do you like your shirt ironed? Is that better for you?

Good luck with your union drive.

There is a Delta pilot(ex) who is in the big house for rape, kidnap and defecating on his spouse....I can send you the link or PM you if you want. Because , I mean, like, that proves it man. So, don't stop at "Delta pilots are anti-union" because they are rapists and felons too.
Look, this FA "union busting" is just like politics....one's position(pro/against) are gonna pizz off about half of the other side.
My suggestion is quit falling on your petard, you are smearing even the pilots who support your endeavors based on the actions of a few. I think they have a word for that.

My minimum is 35% over 3 years.
DC 25%
2 years retro from Jan 2021.. I’ll even give them a pass for 2020 due to COVID
vacation and training pay 5:15
adjustments to delta medical plans to bring down costs
PS commuting
reroute needs to pay double
scope needs to be a solid win for group with upside and downside protections
crew meals aka UAL and increase in per diem to $4 hour .. intl override needs bumped as well
the time is now, and yes the company can afford it.
