New Hire FO rate = DAL new hire rate + 9% (88.75% raise from current)

2nd year FO = 65% raise from current

2nd year, and up, Captain = average 59% raise from current.

Delta management agreed to these raises in less than a month. 88% for new hires.

Did they negotiate 6 days a month?

The Delta pilots can eat cake.

Slap in the face to us. Yet American pilots are agreeing to a 12/5/2 contract? Are you kidding me?

Our pay rates would have to increase over 30% for our top RJ captain rate to match that of Endeavour.

And Delta doesn’t think you deserve a raise that even matches inflation.

It hasn’t been ratified by the membership, and let’s hope it isn’t.
