I now believe that a new floor has been established. Who knows but food for thought.

their top CA rate DOS is 216 and our top CRJ CA rate is 182. 124 is the FO rate.

I get a 19% raise for our top CRJ rate to match theirs.

Trip I generally like what you've got to say but this is a bad take. Whats the point in QOL if you can't afford to do anything on your time off? Pay is a huge part of the equation. If QOL is the top and pay an afterthought, than you could just quit and have all the time and QOL you want. Overall comp is incredibly important - as is balancing it with appropriate means of controlling our lives. That is the true definition of QOL. Control over our time, however we choose to spend it.

I agree. I could fly an airplane anywhere. I came here for the money.

The same person who leaked the Roe v Wade decision.

Everyone is saying it should be pay or QOL improvements. Lets shoot for both. We deserve and earned both.

I did say it was math in public also typing in public. I did divide by 182 to get the 30% but typed incorrectly. I didn’t have the DOS to out year scales either so I’ll believe the 19%.

Suffice to say that 20% DOS minimum is not unreasonable when combined with our QOL improvements.

Awesome. So will get a full investigation and find out who did it never?

Jumpseater to ERJ crew: “So, you got your stuff in at Delta?”
Pilots: ”I can’t leave endeavor because of the pay cut.”

Funny how this rings differently now.

completely agree 20% DOS should be our absolute minimum. in addition to the reason you mentioned, that just barley keeps our head above water wrt inflation.
