Wait till Delta has to start dishing out 100-150k bonuses like the other guys on day one but tell us we get nada.

Looking at this Endeavor AIP looks like APD’s will be making 30K a month…… I’d need over a 70 percent raise as a 717 captain to get to that pay with 72 hours….. know your worth because Delta doesn’t.

I’m probably going to clear over 250k this year at Endeavor. Can’t wait to start a thread about 2022 W2s compared to deltas.

Lol, we should start the thread early based on projections so we can see plenty of that. Maybe even the hat wearing, non green lanyard wearing guys will get upset enough to change their minds. :D

Haha and I'd imagine 2023 will be even better for you!! (Unless you have to flow to Delta :D)

Clear? As in bring home pay? After taxes you’re making over $250k? Are you some kind of prostitute?

Probably better turn down the flow and hang there at Endeavor while you wait to be merged into your “rightful” place on the Delta list…

being that many that choose to stay at a regional dont look past the end of their nose in regards to their careers. I'd assume anyone staying now simply is ignoring that mainline is throwing money at the regionals to float them long enough to resolve the issue. Its in no way a long term plan to pay these rates at the regionals long term . They'll get paid now but lose out on the seniority, eventual qol and career money that comes with moving up. No way I'd stay at a regional knowing how this industry works....

You missed the irony in Iceburg's post, given a thread ClownDown's started in our forum where he got dragged pretty hard.

Pre tax

Includes 401k and retention bonus. I’m too pretty to be on the streets
