I personally have experienced post PSC issues - unfortunately the same ones I experienced prior to PSC. DV8 DH and could not select Comfort + the day of the flight with plenty of open seats. To top it off my attempt to call Pilot Assist was right out of a bad comedy, it went something like this.
Me: "Speak with Pilot assist." RoboDelta: "You want to speak with crew scheduling.......Right?" Me: "Speak with Pilot assist." RoboDelta: "You want to speak with crew scheduling...........Right?" Me: "Pilot Assist." RoboDelta: "Your done right?" Me: "Arggghhhhhhhhh!!!!" Same old Delta IT. Scoop :D |

Good to know everything's back to Delta standard. The beatings will continue until morale improves.

When I was hired Delta had a DFW, MIA, and BOS base. No jumpseat and non-rev cost $15 per segment for employees with less than 10yrs of service. All reserves sat short call twice a day. So no, nobody commuted really. But now the world revolves around the commuter and their problems, or "post-PSC issues" as the thread starter says. Yes, the airline is probably going to shut down without the best and brightest new hires. Can you say "entitled"?

I wonder if there are any cheat codes or Easter eggs. Like, if I say "Steve Dickson rocks" will it drop half my trips for pay? Or maybe, "Keep Climbing" and it randomly awards me a trip out of the OT pot.

Let’s go a few steps better. Close all bases except ATL. Everyone forced to live in corporate housing, of course in PTC. We can be just like Foxconn.
