No, but I don’t know a single pilot who has been turned down. I do know one pilot who was called in to discuss his use of repeated PS and asked for records on the offline first flight he stated he was using and missing every single time the later Delta flight was near full.

I’m curious of what you are trying to insinuate here. I may be wrong, but you are worried that the company won’t get you on the flight even though you were legal with the commute clause?

Come on man, your kinda fighting him now just to fight

I think everyone is intelligent enough to understand that I was referring to PSC as it was in the LOA, not what we currently have. It would be incredibly tedious and unnecessary to append the words “as it was in the LOA that just sunsetted” every time I said PSC.

You know all 14,000+ pilots on the list? Or are you just referencing the records you have access to as a manager?

Your reading comprehension is strange. How many pilots have you heard say they were turned down? I am PM’ing you a nice offer that will put a nice chunk of change in your pocket since you would never post something you knew was wrong.

You asked about 100% booking on a second flight. Which is the old system. To which I responded that any time, under the old system, that I asked I got a seat. Including GS pick ups. I’m not sure how asking about a second option referred to the LOA since it didn’t require a second option?

Its not even close to the same as what we just had. If you have all DL mainline flights with lots if frequencies..maybe not a big deal. It varies by each commute.

Example: my next rotation reports 15:55. Primary departs 6:15AM. Backup 13:00. I wakeup 12hrs prior to report. Come in day prior you say? I leave home 22hrs prior to report, spend $100, checkout at 11 or 12, and sit in airport 4-5 hours prior to report.

With PSC. Leave a 1300. Wait for 1.5 hours.

Improvements to reroute language, deadhead language, crew meals, you name it..peanuts compared to the QOL improvements of PSC in LOA 20-04.

I did a long commute with the same issues you have. I flew in the day prior and flew in 6 day blocks. It worked but I got tired of it and moved.
