I think you may have to depending on your particular desires. I know that I expect to be disappointed on the goings on. The vote mirrored the MEC elections and you can ask your particular reps based on that knowledge.

I heard santa was in attendance and he was opposed to the management offer because it wasn't really a gift. He flew home today and his motives are being questioned because he wouldn't be upstaged at Christmas.

My point, despite my error of pilot payroll actually being the entire employee payroll, is that comparing the raise of a pilot group that is roughly 10% the size of the DL Mainline pilot group isn't exactly and apples to apples comparison.

Don't want to edit original post so won't screw up the quotes so far, so this is my mea culpa.
Disregard everything after bonjour!

Apples to apples is our pay rates for the same aircraft. That’s the same way we compare ourselves to the other carriers, and we are now behind our wholly owned regional.

Yes accuracy is important, but somewhere the rubber meets the road and reasonableness has to be addressed. JMHO
BTW....my point was an amalgamation of several posters, I Just happened to grab yours. Not a slap at you personally but even your more accurate numbers seem a bridge too far for an 88% raise Again, just 1 opinion.

"Lackey"..you are hilarious.
You can find lots of posts here with me calling out the company.
I just like pointing out when people make outrages comparisons. When have we (mainline) ever pattern bargained off the regionals. We might as well be comparing Volkswagens to Watermellons.
Does DL compare it financials to Cape Air? I mean they both fly airplanes and both have pilot payrolls.

Delta is raising prices on absolutely everything.
Here’s an excerpt from the latest skyclub changes:
•
Effective January 1, 2023, Individual Club Memberships (including renewals) will be $695, or 69,500 miles, and Executive Club Memberships (including renewals) will be $1,495, or 149,500 miles.
•
Effective February 2, 2023, Delta Sky Club Executive and Lifetime Members may bring up to two more guests to the Delta Sky Club, in addition to the complimentary two guests already permitted at a per-visit rate of $50 per person or 5,000 miles (previously $39 or 3,900 miles), per location.
Today probably fell short of our expectations. Keep the eye on the prize. #Deltacanaffordit
