If it makes anyone feel any better, I got the Top Tier on 2/1 and am still waiting.... from what I've seen online, I have the record. I've emailed them and FB messaged them and they just say to keep waiting.

Availability not til 2024 though so I imagine that's the issue.

Is there a point in time after receiving the top tier email, and not receiving an assessment invite, where it would be prudent to send an email to the pilot recruiting email?

My availability is set to 2-weeks notice if that might make any difference.

Default Recruitment Email

Just sent an email to recruiting to check in and ask for an update. Like the last replies, they got back to me quick and said there is no timeline and to keep checking my email.

I used CareerTakeoff to better prepare me for the 2nd go-around with the personality portion specifically. It helped to re-cage me with respect to what the driving personality trait was behind the question. I understand it's pricey, but it's pennies on the dollar for what can be a multi-million dollar career.

As for when, I received my 2nd assessment invite about 95 days after the first, which included a federal holiday. I updated my app weekly, adding hours. Good luck!

Really appreciate you providing some info on prep company. I came to this thread hoping to find some info from those that have completed this "AON" and gotten results back. Looking to find out what this actually is and what it covers. Also wanted to know folks experience w/ different prep companies, which ones people used AND if they thought the company helped. Did anyone prep and fail, in other words, stay away from that company?

I'm coming off a 20 year gov career and haven't done this (application/interview process) in a while. Last time I did this I was coming out of the Navy and was well prepped and networked w/ all "the gouge" Then 19 ass holes decided to change the world and I was right back working for Uncle Sam (not that I'm unappreciative, happy to have served). Now I'm not networked at all and don't have the gouge. Hoping to gain a little insight. Any info on what this is, how to prep, and who best to prep w/ would be great! Thank you for the help.

This is usually bumped in a post on the New Hire process page but I'll drop it here, too

Just recently completed the AON. I only had multi-tasking, deductive logical thinking, spacial orientation, work related behavior, and audio Comprehension on my assessment. Is this normal? I completed all of the boxes and I haven’t been able to find any information on this.

Came here to say the same. Honestly found the AON pleasantly easy. Way easier than the tunnel I practiced on haha.

Also remember to grab a pen and paper for the listening! It’s all clearances of some kind.
