fewer late night Arcos calls? (That totally weren’t delayed on purpose)

more lead time for IA calls? Though the company was probably just fine waiting until 60 minutes prior to Signin.

otherwise not much from what I can tell. It’s puzzling why we didn’t start with a limit of 25(?) and then start tracking when the coverage sequence STARTS. Could have made a measurable difference I think. Instead, the company just went whole hog with 10 trips and a batch size of 100. Stay tied to your phone fellas!

It feels like this abuse of 23.M.7 was a way for the Company to get exactly what it wanted - unlimited batch sizes. And we fell right for it. I am seriously disappointed in the Union today and I am normally happy with their performance. We should have gotten a serious quid for this and we basically got the Company’s promise to abide by the contract as written and understood for decades.

So next month, the union will probably give concessions that if you accept the proffer it's yours and you have to do it, to solve that problem for them.
how do you refuse something you have auto acknowledged?

I think it is semantics. You basically get two bites at the apple. You acknowledge it either automatically or via ACARS and then you have to accept it after.

Auto acknowledge vs auto accept. You can auto acknowledge everything then reject it rather than accept it when they call back to award you the trip. My guess is this is pretty much what everyone will start doing, that way at least if I get woken up at 0300, I'm getting the trip.
