PCS drop request question
#11
Two additional considerations on top of the existing discussion:
- A PD within 48 hour of report does not become a Q trip (the PD will work if the numbers somehow become positive within that timeframe [up until the 0700 run the day prior], but as a straight drop into OT)
- The limitations of PCS only allow for up to 8 different inputs—which means you can only fully cover up to 3 trips in a single drop request. Even more annoying, it will treat any one drop as “request satisfied,” and delete all the rest of your PD requests, so you have to go back in before the next PCS run to re-input your drop request (for whatever trip(s) didn’t drop). The joys of 1980 technology….
