Most don’t have extra day for RSV. They are probably getting ready to offer a lot of VolStandBy and GS.

What are the upgrade requirements at delta other than being able to hold CA?

Not exactly sure what you are asking? There are no additional requirements other than FAR 121.436 and sufficient seniority on a given vacancy bid (aka “AE”)

Months of high(er) ALV's eventually results in needing lower ALV's in-order to keep TLV in range.
