Future years is planned at 5% growth, so around 500 for growth + retirements. So around 1,000 for the foreseeable future.

They said they don’t have a set number of pilots. We just had a 20% growth in 2 yrs. They are targeting more normal 3-5% growth. I assume as Delta is making money, they will try to get market share from the under performance. Delta so far will be the only airline making profit in Q1.

We were supposed to start get the 737 Max 10 next year, sort of mid-year but that's almost certainly on hold. So any hiring for those planes is probably not going to happen anytime soon.

but at least our 321 NEO deliveries are behind schedule and the A220 can’t keep engines on the wings as well 🤷🏻♂️
