Why doesn't Delta just return to the tried and true Abbotts? Or would that be too big of a piece of humble pie to admit that they messed up?

I've encountered the latter in the cockpit. They both look great with Lulu's and Northface.

Based on what I’ve gleaned from here and I have no facts to back it up, it seems like Abbots broke up with Delta, not the other way around.

Originally, they couldn't provide a online portal ordering system. So they weren't considered in the RFP when we chose HPI. Delta then prohibited new hires from ordering from them which began the war. Then, when the roll out was collapsing, Abbots sent an email to everyone on their list basically kicking sand in the eye of the company which really bruised JZs ego. I believe they actually tried to get a cease and desist sent to them.
