26" bag vs TSA
#91
I have used a 26 inch LW bag for work since 1998, back when we strapped the leather “brain bag” to it, sent it back in for a refurb and bought another.
Commuted for ten years. Never had an issue, ever. So London has now put a hammer down on the size, the same place that criminalizes liquids?
I really think this is being overblown, although I always enjoy others opinions on things, my only real complaint is these bags are heavy even when empty, but otherwise bulletproof.
Admittedly if I get a London I’ll come up with a plan B.

And it's not being overblown by pilots exaggerating.....LHR security is 100% sending pilots with 26" bags to the check in counters to have their bags checked.
