Wage theft

Could very well be the fact that rotations aren't closed. They claim that the open/closed status is no longer revent for payroll processing, but consider me skeptical. I love how they claim to increase transparency while they literally make part of our pay displays invisible.
and this fall, they’ll reinstate “open/closed” visibility and add it to their victory lap bullet points just for taking the bare minimum steps to be able to say they did “something.”

And everyone check your checks this month. Multiple people getting what appear to be no "pay no credit" pay this 15th paycheck, (EDP, distance learning, Carve pay, sit pay). I've already fielded a couple calls/texts on it this morning.
Mine looks about $2500 light as well, which would jive with not getting RRPY, SCC and EDP last month. Not logging into DLnet/iCrew because I suspect they've assigned me a trip (1000 SC) but I don't want to give them any wiggle room on "you were aware of a 1045 report at 0745am you should have made report" I'll wait until they call, then I will shower, shave and pack to go. (I can always make 2 hours from call to curb at EWR)

My check should have been at least $11,500 take home not counting per diem (not much since im RES scum) and that's if I didnt hit the SS max and limited out 401k (that's this or next check. Was going to be close)
Check was just over $9k. I had about 4k in RR, SCC, EDP Sit and carve pays which would've been about $2500 in the check if I didn't hit my 401k and SS maxes yet.
Tomorrow will show where they shorted me, but I was indeed shorted.

…..Been too many years since the incident. I thought my check was light so I brought it to the attention of payroll on the phone and she proceeded to rattle off why it was what it was and then she got silent for a minute followed by a “can I call you right back?” I was told there was an error and I was owed 5k. I was delivered a check shortly at the Holiday Inn and we got to talking. I asked had I not said anything would the error have been found and I was told no, probably not. You can bet your ass that if the error was in the company’s favor they would beat down your door for a refund. THERE ARE NO CHECKS AND BALANCES HERE. Absolutely criminal.
Courtesy email. If you're fortunate.

Mgmt continues not pay protecting pilots unless you actually call them and bust them. Can you imagine how many millions they are saving every year in unclaimed pay violations? No wonder they are in no hurry to correct our horrible pay issues.

That's why its the Wage Theft thread and not the Payroll Error thread.
