Wage theft
#1
Can someone please explain to me how.. when 63% of claims prove to be inaccurately paid the first time.. the company isn’t being brought to some lawful remedy concerning wage theft?
how do we have no teeth in this and it continues from a department of labor level?
if the above and below wing workers weren’t paid correctly, wouldn’t there be some level of state investigation to that effect?
what am I missing?
this is getting ridiculous

Agree completely. Been going on way too long. Where is ALPA with the justified escalation, especially with the mountain of evidence?

Can we get some bag tags? “63% of the time, it’s wrong every time”

United’s pay is completely automated. And that includes the most recent contract where many provisions were copied/pasted from Delta’s. The idea that it’s too hard to promptly program is laughable.
There is one exception though. It’s a manual process for them to get compensation pay for not getting a first class deadheads seat.
