Can someone please explain to me how.. when 63% of claims prove to be inaccurately paid the first time.. the company isn’t being brought to some lawful remedy concerning wage theft?
how do we have no teeth in this and it continues from a department of labor level?
if the above and below wing workers weren’t paid correctly, wouldn’t there be some level of state investigation to that effect?
what am I missing?

We could have undeniable proof this is all 100% intentional wage theft and I don’t think the DOL would care.
Taking it up in one of our more labor friendly bases might work, but isn’t DL openly ignoring state labor laws in MN right now ?
Wage theft is very common in the US. The reason it’s so common is because it’s allowed by virtue of it is almost never actually prosecuted.
