How about the $1.89 or $5.52 that we all got paid, well some of us did based off my unscientific polls from the company for “incorrect reroute pay?” Whats the transparency ot that?
All smoke and mirrors to show “good faith or intent” i think
Im already down $150 this month on my time card for incorrect reroute pay.

I never put my hat back on personally. ALPA never called for an end to the last campaign. We certainly don’t have a fully implemented, nor fully adhered to contract.

I think we would easily see an 80%+ participation rate toward another hats off campaign, especially in non-ATL bases. The die hards are dwindling in number fast.

That said, I'd bet ALPA wants to keep that powder dry for C26.

I genuinely believe an official ALPA "hats off to..." campaign would be much higher than 4 out of 5. I don't have a scientific poll, but during the C19 "hats off" campaign, I'd bet participation was at least 90 or 95%, even in ATL. Many LCA's were even participating.
That said, I'd bet ALPA wants to keep that powder dry for C26.

They can cry about technology and software integration or whatever other excuse du jour. UAL seemed to be able to almost instantly implement their contract pay provisions. We're 3 years on and still it's a mess. Tired of the excuses from management and to some extent DALPA. This should have been rectified 2 years ago.

I partially agree with you Fangs. But we need to turn up some heat on this pay issue. Bill boards, lanyards, whatever. We need to start making a little noise out there. Our approach (DALPA) is not really a winning strategy thus far. The company continues to flagrantly and willfully violate our pay as it pertains to our PWA. Those are undisputed facts.

Spot on. It’s been too long and the heat needs to increase!
What is DALPA doing besides sending us emails!?!?
