2. they do not call one at a time or all at once. They call in batches. I was told that’s a limitation of the dialer . They don’t have 600 phone lines. That means a guy 50-100 senior to you on the list gets called the same time as you. So he might get it if he magically gets connected before you and it NOT be deal making. It’s just first come first serve to those that got the call at the same time.
Did they explain how it gets awarded to someone senior, 5-10 before a more junior pilot even receives a the call? After reading all this, the only thing I can come up with is deal making...

😂😂, yeah, no sir. I’m sitting around 12,000 and when the IA rings the time is within 10 mins of what they say. Wait on hold for 25 mins (at the least) then told someone else just got it. Check iCrew and see a 3000 number has it.
why wouldn’t they have hundreds of phone lines? Longest I actually waited was 1.5 hrs to try to get an inverse. I hung up and called duty pilot. She told me when there are “more than” 350 calls in the queue, the phone lines can freeze. I would say the entire category got called at once.

So the point you listed doesn't make sense. Otherwise, that ^^^ is a huge contract violation.

Why are they half-way treating 23m7 assignments as inverse assignments? They're not remotely the same thing. Two separate parts of the contract. Besides the outdated wording of the phone blast, it's a voluntary proffer, not subject to the inverse assignment rules. None of the other provisions of 23. R are followed (a pilot who has been assigned a rotation pursuant to an IA or IAWC, will not be awarded another rotation in the same bid period pursuant to an IA or IAWC, unless all other eligible pilots in their category have been awarded a like number of rotations).
So the point you listed doesn't make sense. Otherwise, that ^^^ is a huge contract violation.

You tell me. It can't be 23.R, that section explicitly makes it impossible to get A#2 unless everyone else had an A#1 awarded (key word awarded, not just offered). So what is it? Read the section and let us know.

23m7 allows them to deviate from the coverage sequence. I'm concerned for your literacy.

I have 100 percent lost an IA to a pilot on IA#2 while sitting on hold and me not having any IA’s. I don’t care what you guys say. It has happened to me at least once and will probably happen again.
