I believe IPY stands for “Incentive Pay” for the FAs, so maybe IP10 is some variation of that?
…wouldn’t surprise me at all if they are just as bad with FA pay as our pay and just accidentally added some time to your card instead of someone else…do you have a common last name?

I submitted a pay inquiry and included my math. They agreed with me and corrected it in under an hour. Gotta say I was impressed.
