International Long-Haul:
1) Senior CA on a GS: Buys all dinners and beers (possibly for FA's too.)
2) Junior CA on a GS: Buys dinners and beers (possibly for FA's too.)
3) Senior FO on a GS: Buys beers.
4) Junior FO on a GS: Buys beers.

Domestic:
1) CA on a GS: Buys all dinners and beers.
2) FO on a GS: Buys beers.

In cases of no premium pay:
1) LCP (if installed) buys beers.
2) CA buys beers.
3) CA buys beers and dinner for new-hires (unless they don't tip the van driver.)

And lastly LCP on GSWC:
Buys dinner, beer and covers all tips for all crew and makes at least 1 car/mortgage payment for newhires.
At what level are expected to rent a A330 from Delta and take everyone to Hawaii?

(Gotta be careful not to exceed that threshold)

That's all anyone is saying. You tip for baggage handling.

Most people haven't actually said that.

Tipping in much of the world outside of the US isn't even a thing. In many places they actively don't want it, in some places it's even considered an insult.

I personally don’t care if I have to load my bags. It’s all about Joe much time I spend waiting

I consider it to be a package deal. Are you there when we get to the curb? Load/unload bags? Comfortable temp in the car/van? Don’t brake check every 30 seconds making me car sick? You’ll get tipped, and no, not just a measly dollar. Fail to meet that criteria? The tip goes down.

A guy isn’t allowed to use the money he has earned to bring friends and family, who have supported him throughout his long career, on a vacation?

The reason tipping is such a thing here in the United States is that businesses exploit their workers; it's called capitalism.
