Since they are not this leads me to believe that the total result of aircraft deliveries and retirements will not result in any noticeable increase in pilot staffing.

We have a plan on when they'll increase given the reported 717 deliveries, just wondering what the plan is on dropping their numbers from 325 to 300 to 250 to 200 and so on?
