There is no way they will buy all of their slots. If they sell those, they might as well go in CH 7 one second after the deal is signed.

Like I said last week there was some information out there that stated 2000 pilots over. Given where that came from, I am almost 100% sure that they had no knowledge of the pending transactions. Notice it is prior to the AE. Narrowbodies will be getting more flying, that is for sure.

That means there is no surplus, and we are not in a position to hire. IE adequately staffed.

This was reported yesterday perhaps to preceed the announcement today?
