Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

What about all of this stuff about Embraer and Delta talking (since last year evidently) about a larger than E195 aircraft?

If Delta sat down with Embraer I'm sure they did it with Bombardier. Either way.

It is a controlled leak to get parties working on a new jet. It is all a game. The rook moved to spaces. That is all.

FWIW, late next decade is too late for DAL. If they wait that long they will wait five more years for the next gen 73N

I hope so, but then again I am easily impressed. For instance, I am really, really impressed if there is a gate agent waiting for the jet. :D

I did not say that. I also never stated that there was going to be one either. That was another little birdie that was trying to smoke me out! ;)

What really impresses me is that we have Ben and Jerry's Ice cream on the Ford For Sale cart. We had a great group in the back yesterday and they actually offered it to us. Man was it nice having a cold scoop for Cherry Garcia going West.

Don't let the "tomatoes" steal it for themselves. Makes sure you tell them when you get on that if there is any left you want one. It makes the day great and there are only so many Fruit and Cheese platters one man can have!
