Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
I was just texted that the TA passed by 62% with 94% of pilots voting. Sigh.
You JUST did the math on that?
I kid, I kid. Let's enjoy the good stuff in the contract, and as ACL said, start making a list for what to fix at the next opportunity.
My favorite part is the JV language (well more $ is nice too) and watching DCI pull down and shift pax our way. Hopefully it works out as designed. I believe it will.

As I have stated I wanted a lot of things in section 1 tighter. I now have a list. A lot of things are improved, I just did not think they were improved enough for the quids. I voted NO but will live with the will of the pilots and enjoy being here and experiencing what will come as a result.
I personally may have disagreed with many, but I want to thank the Reps from all of the bases, the Negotiating Committee, the admin, their support staff, DPN and P2P volunteers, etc for their hard work. This TA is now our PWA and what will define our lives and careers. Whether or not we wanted the result we have or are happy with it, these individuals put in countless hrs. Simply put, thank you for the time and effort.
Lets hope the business plan was conservative and the growth is eye watering.

One question and one observation:
How does 62-38 compare to c2k and the bankruptcy contract vote (more support or less)?
I guess we have an APC baseline now for DALPA votes. Last APC poll was roughly 60-40 against. On future contracts, looks like we need to multiply the for votes by 150% and the against votes by 67% to get a realistic idea of where the entire pilot group sits.
APC forums not such a great representative sample as one might have believed...not that there is anything wrong with that!

KUDOS, and thanks to the 38% that voted for the betterment of the profession.
Until we all get MD'd to the B-717. I find it hard to believe that 94% of this pilot group voted on this TA.

I was finished posting anything here; but, that hits to close to home.
Used to have decent seniority and decent trips in MSP, am getting more and more junior as time goes by and the trips I get naturally are getting worse.
Best of all, year to date my W2 is 12% lower than last year and not for my lack of trying. I fully expect tomorrow to be worse.

Folks, this business model is NOT sustainable for the pilot group. We have to stop giving our jobs away at some point!
