Did anyone else notice a huge jump in the flight advance from July 1st paycheck to the August 1st paycheck?
I don't remember seeing anything in the contract about a change
Found it, it's one half of reserve guarantee for the month. It all makes sense now.

thats been going on for a long time as far as i know, i thought that changed last year. when we switched from the old Delta way of pay to the version NWA had.

Shockingly, I can't find the reference to it anywhere, but, the 30th paychecks are now 1/2 of that particular month's reserve guarantee or something else?

Yup, we're still getting half of the reserve guarantee but the reserve guarantee just went way up...thus the bump in the first of month check. My wife has already spent it. Don't know about you guys.

Also, been flying my butt off and the airplanes are packed. Haven't had more than a handful of empty seats in months. Non-revving? Forgeddaboutit.

But the reserve guarantee can move between 72-80, so we are going to have 2 checks that vary month to month?
